Sophia started dancing at the age of 2. She has been trained and certified in RAD ballet from grades 1-Advanced Foundation. She also trained in Limon modern dance technique for over 10 years. Alongside her dance training, Sophia also studied as a classical singer from the age of 9. She successfully competed in classical music competitions and at the age of 16 joined the vocal studio of Jean MacPhail. For two years, Sophia was a vocal student at the Phil and Eli Taylor Academy at the Glenn Gould School in Toronto.

Outside of her own training, Sophia started working at Harmony School of Dance & Music at age 15, and has been working here ever since. She has assisted Miss Charissa during the school year and at Fairy Princess Ballerina Camp every summer. Sophia is passionate about sharing her love of music and dance with children.

Sophia is currently finishing her Bachelor of Arts degree in History at McGill University.
